As fully registered organisational psychologists, we have been providing psychometric training and accreditation in Singapore since 2002. Whilst non-psychologists have tried to emulate our success by trying to copy what we do, their lack of deep understanding of organisational and personality psychology and reliance on overseas facilitators separates them from us. Our clients include multinational organisations such as Citigroup and FedEx as well as many departments within the Singapore Government, including MINDEF, the Civil Service College and Singapore Police.

Psychometric Test Administration Course
(with optional British Psychological Society Certification)
This is a one-day course which is run in Singapore according to the British Psychological Society Psychometric Test Administration Syllabus. The course trains delegates to become competent in psychometric test administration and scoring. Optionally, delegates may elect to be assessed for the British Psychological Society Test Administration Certificate. This is the first step in becoming competent in psychometric assessment.

Psychometric Assessment at Work Course
BPS Level A and B Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing
(British Psychological Society Certification)
This is an intensive 6-day course (although you can choose to do in stages and online) in Singapore from which successful delegates are able to send off a form supplied by us to the British Psychological Society and apply for the Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing. The course covers the foundations of psychometric testing, along with statistics and aptitude test administration, scoring, interpretation and feedback at Level A. After completion of Level A, delegates can use any aptitude test that we supply, in addition to those of most publishers worldwide. Level B concentrates on personality assessment and after completion of Level B, delegates can use the Identity Self-Perception Questionnaire, along with a number of other personality tests sold in Singapore. Nobody in Singapore is more experienced in running this course than we are. The course is run by an award-winning Doctor of Psychology/fully registered psychologist.

An Introduction to Psychometric Tests
Free Psychometric Training Course in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia
The Introduction to Psychometrics Workshop expands on PsyAsia’s expertise in Psychometric Training in Asia by offering a course geared to those with very little experience or understanding in Psychometrics. Many first time clients don’t understand why they need to be careful in their choice or use of psychometrics and many do not understand why training is a necessity in competent test use. This one-day course aims to provide experienced-based training in an accessible and economical way. The course is easy to understand and yet covers many of the important issues to be aware of when choosing and using psychometric tests. Given our passion for Asia and our passion for the competent use of psychometric tests in Asia, PsyAsia makes no profit on this course. We charge delegates a small fee that reflects the cost of the hotel venue (including buffet lunch and refreshments) where the training is held as well as materials that we provide to the delegates. Apollo Profile Accreditation Course
This is essentially a one-day course which follows a one-day psychometric test administration course (see above) or the Level A or B qualifications (also above). The Apollo Accreditation can be undertaken in Singapore or by online learning at our online learning centre. Successful delegates will be able to immediately have their own Apollo online account and start using the test in selection and development as well as coaching and team-building.

Identity Questionnaire Accreditation Course
This is a two-day training workshop with a highly practical slant. Successful completion will enable the delegate to have their own Identity online account immediately and to start using Identity in their organisational selection, development, team-building and coaching activities. Graduates of this course may choose to upgrade their qualification to the BPS Level A & B Certifiates of Competence in Occupational Testing by attending 4 further days of training (online options also available) within 6 months.

Saville Consulting Wave® Conversion Course
The Saville Consulting Wave Conversion Course runs in Singapore to enable those with prior accreditation in another substantive personality assessment to use this modern, innovative and highly predictive personality assessment. Immediately following the course, delegates will be able to purchase and use the Saville Consulting Wave along with all Saville Consulting Aptitude Tests. Those with BPS Level B are also welcome to join this course.
